Our first opportunity to showcase to a live crowd and engage with the community in Sale, VIC.

The team had an awesome opportunity to visit RAAF Base East Sale and flew the PC-21 Flight Training Devices (FTD) which the Roulettes and RAAF Student Pilots learn to fly with.

In May 2024, we had the incredible opportunity to welcome a new member to our team. As we embarked on a training session set against the stunning backdrop of the Dubai map in DCS, ‘Sneaky’ joined us, eager to take his skills to new heights in the art of formation flying.

From the very first moment, he took to the skies like a duck to water, showcasing a natural talent that left us all impressed. Initially donning the sleek 2FTS color scheme, it wasn’t long before his dedication and skill earned him the honour to fly in the illustrious Roulettes colors, a testament to his remarkable progress.

In June, we ventured to the breathtaking Marianas Islands in DCS, fully immersing ourselves in preparations for the highly anticipated Virtual Summer Air Festival.

The Virtual Summer Air Festival is a thrilling online event that celebrates the spirit of aviation and the art of flight simulation. It typically boasts a rich array of activities, including breathtaking airshows, precision formation flying, and exhilarating competitive challenges. Participants from around the globe unite to showcase their skills, exchange experiences, and forge connections with fellow aviation enthusiasts.

Although our team had to depart the event early, the experience was nothing short of unforgettable, positioning us strongly for the upcoming Virtual International Air Festival in December.
